Freelance Forums

I am fairly new to this, I do freelance administrative services. Are there places that I can go to where I can advertise for free, or rather cheaply? I am starting out doing this part time with ambitions to do this full time. Does anyone have any suggestions? I notice that most of the postings are from programmers, I am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction.

Many webmaster forums offer free advertising (other rules do apply though of course) - you can check a few bigger ones.
