i keep pressing the E key so sticky still so hard to press

Sticky/stuck keys can be caused by a build up of dust underneath the keys. It may be worth taking the key off, if possible on your keyboard, and just cleaning it with a small brush, and the shaft it sits on. Or remove the whole frame of keys, from the back of the keyboard, and clean the whole unit. Perhaps there is something stuck under the plate?

I've only had a few sticky situations before. It's usually the Shift key. As far as cleaning goes, I think I've vacuumed my keyboard twice and clean it with ear buds a few times.
