I've found the service to be really good. Google gives you the power to control your ads to the point that you can target your customer very easy. Pricing can get a little expensive. If the keyword you are targeting is hot you can expect to pay a premium price if you expect to get any traffic.

I don't use adwords yet, but I think I will get some advertising with it in the future. I will also put adsense at my site so some of the costs will be covered by this.
i've been wondering rather or not i should go for adwords.
I already have been using adsense like many of course but i've been wondering if you realy see a result, i mean a real result and how fast after starting.
If your keyword is in a super competitive niche ie. expensive per click etc then try targeting sub keywords to support the main one and drive secondary traffic into the site to support the acquisition of primary traffic targeting..

I use adwords as well. I've found it very helpful sometimes, and very wasteful other times. The hardest part is finetuning I guess. I'm still trying to figure out part of the bidding process. While it says bids can be as low as 0.01, sometimes it doesnt let you go that low even when there are no other pages that come up with that term.

I understand where you are coming from. I have started using a live help system when I have adwords running. Since I'm usually online anyways its a good way to monitor the traffic.
