I am currently taking on projects of any size.
After heavy research into online business and the latest web trends, I have found that there is a great deal of dispute between clients and freelancer developers mainly relating to efficiency, reliability and honesty. I have over 11 years experience in the web development industry and feel there are a number of areas that need major attention.
In this light I have switched my role from being a full time developer to work as a full time project manager providing my clients with a seamless, reliable, honest and stress free experience when working with freelance designers and developers by stepping in the middle to alleviate the painful tasks of finding and motivating the developers my clients need.
I work to create the best solutions to your specific needs by researching the current trends in your market and creating full project plans to include a full proposal for design, development, hosting, testing, debugging, deployment and maintenance.
I do not charge an hourly rate. My charges are in fact are based on a per project - percentage basis. Using my extensive experience I source the most suitable and reliable developers at the best price.
I charge my clients a flat rate of 15% of the final quoted price, or $15 depending on which is greater. As an example, a project quoted at $100 would work out as follows:
Project Quote: $100
Client Pays: $115
Development Cost: $100
Project Management Cost: $15
