You should try either http://www.rentacoder.com of http://www.getacoder.com. You will find a lot of programming jobs on those two. The fees on either site varies, but I know that GetACoder takes a fee of over 10% on all projects and minimum withdraw must be $100. I'm not sure about RentACoder, but either one is good.
