As a freelancer, the hardest part of my job is keeping track of clients, orders and finances. I found this free invoice software and it has been a great help to me.
Our friends at http://www.invoicesoftware4free.com have come up with a tool that is just what you need. From it's simple to navigate graphical user interface with the visual cues and icons to it's straightforward, walk you through it style start up guide, the invoicing software of InvoiceIt was built with efficiency and ease of use in mind.
The initial setup of the program is done in 6 easy steps:
General Settings
Document Layout - Header
Document Layout - Detail
Document Layout - Footer; Miscellaneous settings
Document Customization - Descriptions
Document Customization - Miscellaneous
All of these setting can be adjusted in the walk through wizard so it is virtually impossible to mess this up. InvoiceIt even offers an import and export function so you can use your existing XLS or CSV files.
The Lookup Lists function enables you to perform customer analysis according to demographics so that you can target future advertising and sales while the Data Backup function insures that you will never lose important invoices or orders again.
