I've been using Google Calendar to manage my appointments. Its great! Very nice and easy to use interface, you can access it from any internet connection, and I love that you can have it send your events to your cell phone via SMS message.

I am also very happy with Google Calendar. I have the alerts being sent to my cell phone. 
mm... i've not used google calender since now...would you guys temme a little bit more... like what i can do with this calender?
I am very old fashioned - still using a small paper diary to record my appointments and deadlines. Guess time to move on to more sophisticated software
