Hi all, new here, please excuse me if this has already been discussed elsewhere.

I am in the process of starting a few freelance jobs...but before I begin I want both sides(me and the project provider) to sign a contract with all the details, payment, etc. Now here is the problem...how do I get a contract signed(and still be enforceable) if the project provider is FAR FAR away?(ie. diff state, diff country).

Are there any online tools for this that someone knows of or a method by email possibly?

I don't know what is legally binding in your area, but some sites I use have NDA agreements that you can print, sign, and fax or email a scan of back to them
