Do you listen to an am or fm radio station when you work on your computer?

I prefer not to have any noise when working my freelance jobs.

Most times I have some music going. For me, I like to have music going in the background. I have found that I can't listen to radio stations. For some reason I always want to keep changing the station

Don't you lose a few seconds each you do that? And a few seconds could turn to a few minutes if you do it often.
