Web designers, what are your thoughts on recruiters? In the end does it work out well for freelancers looking for work?
I've worked with a few and it has always been a good experience. I've found that some places don't like you to work from home and want you in the office. I don't accept positions that require working at the office.
I'd accept working at an office if the payment is at least 50% more.
