Service Agreement

As a client of yourfreelancesite.com you agree to abide by all conditions set out in this Agreement. To verify this, please print your name on the line below.

As a contractor of Clients Name, yourfreelancesite.com agrees to abide by all conditions set out in this Agreement.


The contractor agrees to:

(i) Produce the work to the specification of the Document provided by the client.

(ii) Produce all work to a reasonable schedule agreed before commencement of the project. However, there may be reasons why the work cannot be completed to schedule, ie Pressing real life issues, injury, or other issues. We will make it our priority to inform you in advance of any issue which may affect the completion of the project, however this may not always be possible.

(ii) Work efficiently, creating screenshots and demos to prove that work is taking place to the client.


The Client Agrees to:

(i) Make Payments on time, and by the specified method.

(ii) Give the Contractor a briefing at sign up, and produce a full design document with all specifications after contractor has took on the project.
NB. If the specification is completely inappropriate, or not possible, the contractor may decline to add in the inappropriate feature without refund.

(iii) Maintain a friendly manner towards the contractor at all times.


Any breach of this contract, and the party in the wrong will have to a) Refund the payment on the part of the contractor or b) Give up all claims of rights to any work, finished or unfinished.
