why the hell, employers choose freelancers from third world countries like india, they are cheap, but they lack quality...plus everyone knows you get , what you pay for..right !

I think it's the idea that everything is cheap or fee on the Internet. As you have stated, you get what you pay for...

you are right..but i guess, we as service provider should put some limits on "lowest rates" after all low payment rates are bad for us..right !

I've been asked by people if I can match some really low price for a project. I've always said no and if they didn't like it I figured they were not going to be a good client anyway.
