I am working with a friend starting a consulting company. We have a few local clients but we need to start expanding. We hired a person to start some online marketing and she suggested that we have an 800 number for clients to call. Does anyone else use an 800 number? Is it worth it?
For the type of business you guys are starting I would have to agree. An 800 number is almost a must. Its going to show professionalism and also encourage clients to call.
