There are many computer languages to use nowadays. Do we need to use all of them in order to make a perfect website?

No. You should figure out what technologies would best support your website needs and the needs of your visitors.

Normally, HTML is the bare web minimum. You can extend this into many, a full website may have HTML, PHP, CSS, MySQL, JavaScript and possibly even python.

There is no way you use all of them. I am speaking from experience. The most one of our sites has had is XHTML, CSS, MySQL, PHP, and JavaScript. That is quite a bit, but it was a pretty extensive site. You can always hire programmers that specialize in one or two languages. That is what I do.
