Hi, does anyone have some tips on increasing workload/income quickly? (especially little print jobs like business cards, flyers). I'm taking time off to have my second child in a few months so need to get lots more work in now to save for the period without income.

Welcome to the community! You have a very professional looking site. I would start running some adwords and maybe try getting some spots on a few good business sites. I'm sure you can find a few projects like that.

You are looking for local business I assume? One strategy worth trying is the find out about active forums for your local city/region and post around in there and see if you can generate leads that way. I've found a few small jobs posting in a local shopping deals type forum since they had open forums for development and things of that nature, I picked up a small job or 2 that way.
I agree with night_day's reply. You should browse forums that are targeted to your local city.
To do this, go to a search engine like Google and type "(city name) forums". Then register to become a member of those forums and post your ad in there.
You'll definitely find more luck by doing that than going through general freelance forums
