Has anyone ever had problems with their clients? I have recently hired someone to handle all of the clients because I couldn't stand them anymore. I love doing my freelance business, but I really needed someone to handle the nicities of it. I was just wondering if anyone else has had similair problems? What did you do to solve it?

This is a very common problem with anyone that provides contract work. To tell you the truth, this is the position that requires the most skills. Customer skills is a big one. If you don't like dealing with clients, outsourcing the project management is not a bad idea but it does come with its downsides...

First and foremost, you can easily lose business because of bad project management. Failing to understand the clients needs and getting all the project details can easily cause a project to fail and bad relationships with clients.

Good business tells us its easier to keep a repeat client then finding a new one. That being said, I feel its best to deal with clients myself.

Hope this helps.

Johnny

Thanks for the advice.
