Did the header menu got modified? The last time I was on, I did not see the dark blue background on the menu

Also, I think that a minor fix should be given to the "Log In" button since it says log in even though you are already logged in. I know I have to press that though so I can logout.

Sometimes it is a bit glitched up top. I have suggested a new design and so far that has been considered, but not put into action.

I will add this to the list of things I want in the new theme.
