Is website monitoring necessary even for small sites?

Their service is affordable and easy to use. They offer a wide range of monitoring services; HTTP, FTP, SSH, etc.. The reporting system is pretty nice to.

I monitor any site that is important to me. Small or big. There is a cost in monitoring so you do have to take that into consideration.

Hmm, I have never used them so I can't tell you about the customer service but the features look to be about the same.
