I think what you are looking for is a web host that will sponsor you. That web host would provide hosting for your site and maybe hosting for your game. That is why you need a game server... Let me know if I'm wrong...
That being said. For a web host to sponsor you for anything you need to let them know what they are going to get in return. I sponsored a game that I use to play. I provided the server. When people would login they would see a message promoting my hosting service.
