Do you have them? Where do you get them printed? I was looking at a local shop here in town but I have been told by friends that I might be able to save if I get them online. Does anyone have any feedback with any online vendors?

Thanks for the help!

Johnny
Business cards are a must for every business you run. If I need a quick card, I use to print it on my own using my color laser printer, and creating it with microsoft publisher. Anyway, I prefer having professional business cards and I buy them from an online shop from my country Smile

I do like the idea of printing them from home. I've even tried it but I can't seem to find the type of glossy paper that you get from a professional shop. So my cards didn't look that great.

Okay this is one thing I know a thing or two about. When it comes to printing your own I would highly recommend not to. I have spent many hours in marketing classes and this is one of the big "NOs." When you give someone a "home made" card and they see that you didn't even take the time to have a professional card printed they are more likely to go with someone else.

Bottom line they look cheap. When it comes your business and how you come off to customers you have to make a great impression. Now giving you Aunt a card is one thing. But walking into a business is another.

So I would get them printed somewhere. I would just price around and get what you can afford.

You make very good points. Plus its just a headache to get the things printed right. I appreciate your feedback.

You will probably have to get it designed first which will cost a bit of money.

I do have a logo. Maybe I can use that?

Johnny

Yeah that is a great idea to use your current logo. maybe you could find someone on this forum who would be able to do it for you.

You can try designing your namecard on the picture software such as adobe photoshop, whereby you can print out by yourself. It will lower the cost, and you can customize your own design.

I agree the cost would be lower but as we were discussing... They look to cheap. So the savings is not worth the damage you cause to your business.
